Well we did another live podchat last night, which was great fun. We took calls from Xan, Shaych, Zenobia who was with Team USA New England, Kayden411, Destini who was with Team USA Pacific North West (and Team USA North East on video feed, plus some other teams whose names I couldn’t hear — sorry!), otaliafanDC, maraleia, badgersprite, AliCat and unlessstated! It was great to hear from you all!

You girls swooning over Josh reminds me of how my wife forces all of our friends to watch Pride and Prejudice (the BBC version), because she’s totally in love with Mr. Darcy, portrayed by Colin Firth.

Hey, I just recently tried some foreign food. A friend of mine is married to a Dutch guy. The other day he introduced me to his favorite bread spread: Hagelslag (literal translation: hailstorm). From the name you would think it’s white, right? Well, it’s not. It’s chocolate sprinkles (well, I guess a white version made mostly of sugar is available), which I’ve seen on ice cream, cookies or cake. But he puts it on bread. Of course I tried it and it wasn’t bad. It tasted a little like Nutella. Here’s a picture:
